Thanks for your response, but for our case this was the solution:

"By default, IIS web server allows for limited file size to be uploaded to the web server.

For IIS 6 and IIS 7, the default maximum file upload size is 4 MB and 28.6 MB respectively. "

So we increased inside IIS, in the"Request filtering Settings" 30.000.000 bytes value to 60.000.000 bytes.

Now, everything seems to be working fine.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Topics & Posts Tab, check the "Maximum upload file size " option's value.

I have been suffering errors trying to upload files with more than 30MB.

As you can see in the Addons settings, the "Max File Size" is correctly set to 50MB and Server "upload_max_filesize" to 100MB

Why is this happening? And where can I adjust correctly this limit to 50MB?
