Hiya, Installed this last night and now we are getting this error when we try to upload any files.

File attachments was working prior without the Advanced Plugin!

Any suggestions?

I see you use security plugins. This problem comes from lots of restrictions and limitations on your website. Please make sure there is no "/wp-content/ hardening" process in your security plugins or in server.

Something doesn't allow to write/edit/create file in /wp-content/ folder of WordPress. I recommend to go through all settings of your security plugins and disable hard limitation regarding file writing and anything related to wp-content folder.

Hi There

My tech mates have removed all permission limits on the folder and I still have this problem, the site does use SSL but there are limited options and I've tried them all to no effect, can you please help as I would really like to use this functionality.

Also if it helps I can attach files when the add on is disabled:

And when I re-enable the add on the files show with thumbnails?

Could you please send WordPress Dashboard admin and FTP loin details? This is the only way we can check this server specific problems. Please send it to support[at]gvectors.com email address.
