Hi,

I am not sure why this topic was closed so I have started a fresh one.

I restored another copy of the server and disabled the Salient Theme as suggested and user two other basic WordPress themes, this did indeed seem to solve the problem.

As far as I am aware no custom CSS code has been added to this site so I wanted to check that when you said this was due to poor CSS coding were you referring to the Theme itself? If so I am guessing there is very little we will be able to do in that respect.

Thanks

David

Please leave the forum URL to allow us login and debg JS errors. This maybe a JS conflict with other plugins and the active theme.

Also please make sure the regular user can attach file. Set the min post count 0 in Dashboard > Forums > Tools admin page.

Hi,

I have setup a test server from the original image

https://52.138.219.168/forum

The forum attachments are turned on and the original theme in place.

You have an account already with the username of Support

Please let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks

David

Hi Tom,

Are you able to help with this in anyway, if not I will shut this server down.

Thanks

David

I'm really sorry but the theme you're using is out of all standards. It has general CSS affections, it affects everything and crashes other CSS styles. We're not able to fix those. You should contact to the theme developers for support or change it. wpForo Advanced Attachment works fine, the pop-up is being crashed by theme CSS. There is no other issue.
