The new version (v3.1.0) of the wpForo Ads Manager has been released.

New Features and Improvements:
Added a new advertisement shortcode: . The “boardid” attribute is optional; if it is not provided, the current board will be used automatically. The “id” attribute is required and must contain the integer ID of an enabled advertisement. This shortcode is especially made for use inside standard WordPress widgets, allowing easy insertion via the Widgets screen.
Added new advertisement placement location for displaying ads on the Recent Posts page.

@tomson - Is there any update on this request to place ads on the 'recent posts'? This was requested by Berndg 2 years ago and one of the responses was to add this to the 'to-do' list in 1-2 months. The recent posts list/page is our basic landing page that I redirect all of our users to when they log in. This is where I would like the basic option to add a banner ad to the top of the list.

To start I would like to put an ad on the "Recent Posts" page below the gray banner that includes the text "Recent Posts" (and the pages indicator) and above the posts and the text "Topics with their latest replies in reversed order". An ad or graphic in that area would always show whenever a user clicks on 'recent posts' which is the most common page for most of our users.

Please let us know exactly where you need it on the Recent Posts page—between threads, at the top of the page, or somewhere else?

Banner ads on the 'recent posts' page. What Tom (an admin) said in this thread in Dec 2023, "We'll add this in our to-do list and try to add the feature during the next 1-2 months."

I would be very interested in purchasing the Ads Manager plugin if this feature was available. This post was from Dec, 2023, has this been added yet? As BernDG said this is by far the most common way our users view posts ("Recent posts").
