You can translate the phrases using plugin called Loco translate.

Hi @jackman12,
If you mean the wpDiscuz Widgets tab's titles, just navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets admin page, find the wpDiscuz Widgets and edit the "Header text" values.
