Currently, you can only use the "Delete Expired Notifications" option located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > User Notifications admin page.

Probably, This problem is occurred by Theme which was made by me. So, I want to use shortcode in my header instead of using this (%wpdiscuz-bell%) in menu setting.

Please send the admin login detail to allow us to check the issue.
