I also have the common problem I don´t see the reply button. I am trying everything for a week now, Googled all the solutions here, but I can´t get it done.

 

The Jetpack plugin disabled. 

The cache clearing solutions. Deactivated all plugins, except Discuz but it did not work.

I also have the emoticons addon installed.

 

Can you help me out?
