Anyway, you can change the size if you want using the CSS code below: 

//change size on  PC and Tablets.

}
//change size on mobile devices
@media screen and (max-width: 600px){
   div#wpdiscuz-tenor-powered-by img {
     max-width: 100%;
   }
}

Put the code in the "Custom CSS code" textarea, located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Styles & Colors admin page.

Don't forget to delete the caches before checking.

It is good for mobile but terrible for PC and Tablets.

Can You fix it in next update?
