I found in hosting log some database errors. look pls

User showing offline instead of online

Can you tell me how wpDiscuz determines if a user is showing online or offline? We just realized it is sometimes showing users as offline when in fact they are actually online. Thanks for any assistance in troubleshooting.

Is it possible to disable the 'Latest comment' status in the wpDiscuz Online Users addon? We just want the plugin to display when a student logs in and don't want the latest comments to appear at all.

Non-logged users are getting notifications

Hello, I have purchased the online user addons and it works great, except for a few things I've noticed:

1. non-logged users are getting notifications and can read messages from logged users. I was wondering if there is a way to only have it show for logged users. We are an online photo school and the idea is for notifications of discussions be shown to actual registered members not public in general.

2. Said "new comments" keep showing up repeatedly. Even messages that are a few weeks old keep popping up as new. It becomes annoying after a while because they keep repeating and you can tell they are no longer new comments. Said comments are marked as read and replied to, by the way.

3. Is there a way to limit certain pages where don´t notifications pop-up? It's kinda related to point number one. I would like to keep the user-online and new comments notifications pop-up on our member-only areas such as paid courses and lessons. Ideally, not show on woocommerce pages and home page for example, where it becomes distracting.

I have WPDiscuz 7 and the Online users plugin installed and activated.

Unfortunately it does not seem to be functioning - all the dots are green even though users are not online.

I also do not see the add-on settings in the admin settings.

Online Users addon stopped working...

I added the Online Users addon and it started out working great for about half an hour and then
everyone I had log in for testing (guests, admins, etc.) showed the "red offline message" even though they were in fact "online". The green never returned. What's the deal? I had to show this to a client so used some CSS suggested here to hide the Online Users Red icon. So far the green icon is missing in action. Any fixes? Why would it work and then stop? {green}:formalsmile:

Hello, I bought this extension, but on our site we have lot of guest users, so I would like to ask you if there is a chance how to hide online/offline status for guest comments and show it only for registered users?

I use Buddypress and wpDisquz. I need a selection in the Buddypress user profile to activate or deactivate the Online-Status. The user should be able to change his online status himself. Is that possible?
