                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I've been trying for quite a few days to get this resolved. The first place I looked was in my account where I expected to find a record of my download products' status and keys.  </p>
<p>I spent a good part of my career managing documentation for some of the largest names in the industry, and I know a documentation issue when I see one. After reading posts from others who have had similar problems, it's clear that this is a recurring issue. The logical place to put this information is in the customer's account dashboard, so people can find the information they need to help themselves.</p>
<p>I was surprised to read one of your support people actually shift the responsibility to the customer!  (As in, "it's *your* responsibility.)  That's a reflection of a company culture that blames the customer. Company culture tends to trickle down from the top, but is most visibly expressed by support people on the front lines.</p>
<p>The fact is that it is the responsibility of your company and its support, documentation, and customer experience teams to take care of problems like this is a timely manner so people aren't left holding the bag -- and in this case, an empty bag. Then, instead of telling people how wonderful your company is, they get frustrated and start looking elsewhere.</p>
<p>But it is reassuring that many companies actually do have outstanding, responsive, and accessible customer support. You guys can be one of them, but I don't think you're there yet.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I installed Advanced Attachments on a staging server and can't activate it on my live site. I deactivated and uninstalled it from the staging server before I read about a Disconnect License button, which I wasn't aware of at the time.  When I enter the activation key on my live server I get a message that the number of activations exceeds the limit.</p>
<p>Will you please reset my license so I can use this product?</p>
