Missing the Giphy option when editing a comment

As the media show, we are using Giphy addon, and the Giphy is showing in the toolbar when adding a comment, but not when we edit the comment.

Is this a bug or is there a way for us to make it show when editing the comment?

Hello to all,

on my website giphy gifs are not playing, I just have a small image icon not found. Did I forget something in my configuration? I don't see any conflict with my plugins.

Not Allowing Commenters to Resize the Gif

Is there any way to not allow the commenter to resize the GIF? It creates a problem where they can make it huge using the snippet code that is inserted into the comment box. Once they submit it with a huge size, the GIF takes up way too much space.

Hello. the GIPHY Integration works great except some wider GIFs are cut off in mobile. Is there a way to make it zoom to fit instead of being cropped? When I rotate my phone to landscape, it looks great. Portrait mode, it gets cut off. Please see screenshot. Thanks!
