Hey guys,

I updated the plugin and I am genereally pretty happy with the update but noticed a couple of things that need to be addressed, I think:

When reloading a post, the wpDiscuz throws three errors in the browser console: 4525
I have activated the notification bubble, but it is nowhere to be seen on my website.
It seems that the CSS for the MyCred ranks and badges has been forgotten. Rank is not displayed at all and it looks really weird on mobile in general.
Frontend moderation is a bit annoying as the hover form vanishes as soon as you move the mouse cursor slightly to the right.
The comment form itself (not the existing comments) does not have a headline. Is there a way to change that?

Comment voting issues.

Hello,

I've noticed a few problems with the comment voting system in v7.

First issue - The thumbs up and down hands do not stay colored once voted. So the user doesn't know if they voted previously.

Second issue - There doesn't seem to be a limit on votes anymore. Users can up vote or down vote as many times as they'd like.

Are these issues being worked on?

Documentation update to reflect LinkedIn App changes.

The LinkedIn activation guide is missing a step to add the login service to the App when creating a new link between WPDiscuz and LinkedIn.

It’s located in the 3rd tab on LinkedIn Developer site (App Page), if this is not created you are unable to login using the API.

I spent 2 hours then suddenly realised why the oAuth fails with a red error on Wordpress.

Hopefully this will be helpful to others struggling with the same issue.

Since the new update I have a Twitter badge on my avatar. I don't want this badge and I already disconnected my Twitter connection via Twitter, but it's still there. What can I do to stop that?

On our website, I am using WP Post Popup to open posts in a modal window from the homepage. But the modal isn't loading the CSS and JS files, which ofc makes sense since it's technically not a single post.

But my question is, how can I load the files when I open the modal and which ones do I need?

Parent Comment only allowed for Certain Roles? Replies could be allowed by any role?

Is it possible to let users only add replies to the parent comment added by certain role members.

A part from that role say it is a Contributor, no other roles should be allowed to add a parent comment?

I've just uninstalled your plugin, but there seem to be a bunch of database entries still making Ajax calls...

Do you have a guide on how to completely remove/uninstall and get rid of these database entries and Ajax calls?

Adding Alt Text to Image Uploads

Hi, it's pretty critical that we implement a way to add alt texts to image uploads for WPDiscuz. You can add alt texts to the media files, but this doesn't add them to the image that's already in the comments. I also see that the embedded thumbnail images automatically use the file name as the alt text. And that the lightbox images don't have any at all. This isn't going to cut it.

Blood sucking leach lawyers are now targeting smaller websites for easy settlements over the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). And having good alt text is critical to ward off these attacks and mount a defense if they do happen. It also makes Google happy.

It would be nice if there was an included field (requested but not required on the part of the user) for users to input their own image descriptions. But there definitely needs to be a way for us website owners to edit or add them.

Also, is this a feature in WPForo? I have been thinking about adding on a forum but will look elsewhere if this is not a consideration.
