Subscriptions set max. subscription time + bulk delete

I just purchased Subscription Manager & have two functions/feature requests that are a must, IMO. First, I have over 3,500 subscriptions going back 13 years. The bulk of those are old paying subscribers that should no longer be receiving paid content, including comments & replies. I was a bit surprised to find that the plugin only loads 20 subscriptions per page, without the typical wp admin screen options menu at the top of the page to increase that number to at least 100. Humanly impossible to bulk delete nearly 4k records 20 at a time. I am missing something or a feature request??

On a related note, I could desperately use a setting that limits the subscription for XX days, as that would help with this issue of an ever-growing list of subscriptions. Are either of those anywhere in the wpDiscuz settings, and can you tell me if either or both can be added in the next drop if not? Many thx.

"Development Environment Detected" message

Hi gVectors Support,

I'm running wpForo version 3.2.2 on a staging site.

The WordPress dashboard repeatedly displays this notice:

“gVectors: Development Environment Detected. This site is running in a development environment. Some features, including gVectors-Addons updates are disabled.”

I've checked wp-config.php and there is no WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE constant defined. I also don't have the WP STAGING plugin installed.

Is there a supported way to explicitly mark this site as an approved development/staging environment, or permanently disable this notice without changing the site's environment to production?

Embedded video not visible in mobile

Media Uploader Addon - No error message when imagesexceed limits.

We are encountering a frustrating problem. With the Media Uploader addon activated, when posting a comment with an image (or images) that do not meet requirements (for example too wide), the error message "container" (

) pops up but is empty, offering no valid feedback to the user. Additionally, the comment is saved but not immediately posted to the thread on screen (it only appears after a page reload). The result: if the user tries to save the comment with a different image, but without changing the text, they get an error message (this message is not empty) saying that a duplicate comment is detected.

Looks like a bug. Anyone else experiencing this?

WordPress 7.1.2, wpDiscuz core 7.6.67, Media Uploader 7.3.0, PHP 8.3, site language tested in French and English. We have also tested with latest plugin version 7.6.71 (with same result)

Thumbnail Max Width/Height Enlarges Smaller Images

In Advanced Attachments, “Thumbnail Max Width” and “Thumbnail Max Height” are enlarging images that are smaller than the configured dimensions. For example, if the max width is 800px and I upload a 400px-wide image, the plugin displays/generates it at the larger configured size instead of preserving the original size. I expected these settings to act as maximum dimensions only. Is this intended behavior or a bug?

"Unauthorized Addon Detected"

I have been using the ad manager plugin since Dec 2025 (expires Ded 2026). I recently got a warning on my Wordpress dashboard that an "Unauthorized Addon Detected" for 'wpforo-ad-manager'.

I logged into the gvectors website and downloaded the plugin again and re-installed it over the existing plugin. But I am still getting the error/warning.

What changed? How can I get this updated or corrected?

How to access Addon .zip files after using new v3.2.0 built-in Addon purchase mechanism

I’ve just purchased an Addon via the new v3.2.0 built in Addon purchase mechanism. I’ve got the license key OK, but “Install” doesn’t work. I’m almost certain that this is because I have enhanced security which doesn’t allow WordPress to write to the plugins folder.

In the manual it says that this isn’t a problem because you can unzip the relevant .zip file and upload the relevant folder via FTP. I know how to do this, but I can’t figure out how to now get access to the relevant Addon .zip file.

I’ve lodged an inquiry via Paddle support but I thought that I would ask here as well.

wpForo User Custom Fields – Member Search fails for values containing special character

Hello wpForo Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with Member Search using the wpForo User Custom Fields add-on.

We have configured a custom checkbox field called "Zameranie na SAP moduly" (SAP Modules) in both the My Account profile and the Member Search Form.

The field is used to assign multiple SAP modules to a member's profile and allow other members to search for users based on their SAP expertise.

The issue:

Member Search works correctly for some values but fails when the selected value contains certain special characters.

We performed several tests using the same test user and the following values:

Field value	Search result
TEST123	Works
TEST 123	Works
TEST_123	Works
TEST/123	No members found
TEST-123	No members found
TEST.123	No members found

Our actual SAP module names include S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, so this issue prevents us from using Member Search correctly.

What we have already tested:

Confirmed that all test values are correctly saved and displayed in the user's profile.
Tested both checkbox and select field types.
Confirmed that the corresponding fields in My Account and Member Search Form use matching field types.
Rebuilt the custom field search index using "Index Members Custom Fields".
Tested with Advanced Member Search disabled.
Confirmed that searching by display name and user group works correctly.
Confirmed that changing the order of the checkbox options does not resolve the issue.

The search works with TEST123, TEST 123 and TEST_123, but not with values containing /, - or a period.

Could you please clarify:

Is this a known limitation or a bug in the User Custom Fields Member Search functionality?
Is there a way to make the search correctly handle SAP module names containing special characters, such as S/4HANA and BW/4HANA?
Is there an existing fix, update or recommended configuration for this issue?

We would prefer to preserve the original SAP module names rather than rename them to work around the search functionality.

Order #49405 was placed on September 21, 2025

Expired and disabled. Every annual plugin ive ever dealt with automatically renewed or at least sent an invoice.

What's the deal ?
