If everything has worked out, where do I actually get an invoice with a VAT ID?

“An error has occurred during checkout. Please contact the seller and reference the error code below.

ERROR CODE: PE101”

My credit card accepted the payment, but I’m unsure how to proceed from here. The Order in my account still says: "Pending payment".

Could you please have a look and advise me on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?
