Regarding the license key. The button is only available on the website where the license has been activated. So, you should disconnect that license before moving to a new website. We've created this button to let you control your license keys. This is under your responsibility. There is no button on the new website to disconnect it.

I assume the old site is not available and you have already moved to the new site. In this case the License Key resetting request may take even a week. So please be patient. I already asked our team to reset all your license keys. That should be ready in a few hours.

You'll just need to click the "Disconnect License" button when you change a domain. It'll disconnect the license, and you'll be able to activate it on another domain.
