I already did. same result.

I managed to upload via ftp which is a very time consuming solution.

I will most probably not buy this product in the future. If I would have time to play with ftp I would still use phpbb.

Please follow these steps:

Unzip the folder.
Open the Zip application.
Zip the folder again.
Try uploading the plugin once more.
