I don't think it's mean when several others are here with the same complaint. Today, I was able to buy with a discount. However, post the purchase, it took me to this page - all white with the one character.

I did get the receipt though, which included the activation code so all good.

Unfortunately, I renewed two other plugins on August 9th. I am still waiting for keys.

I logged onto your site and it says they are not paid for but they are paid for. Here's my receipt(s).

Something is still wrong on your side. Please make sure you're logged in with your customer account. Go to the checkout page and take a screenshot. I want to see the prices of addons in the shopping cart.

I have a third plugin to renew. It's expired. I've waited... discount does not show up. I'm sorry but this whole process is cumbersome and frustrating. I have three plugins to renew. It seems it should take a minute of so. I've been dealing with this for five days. Please help.

I am still struggling with this. My site wants the activation keys. I have made the purchase, verified it and also logged on to paypal to verify the payment completed.

When can I find the activation keys?

Good morning! I got a renewal notice for two addons this morning. I'm supposed to get a 30% discount automatically? I tried to renew and the discount is not showing up. Can you help?
