Use the CSS code below:

#wpdcom .wpd-comment-text a {
   color: #0c89ec !important;
}

The red marked value can be changed as you like.

Put the code in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > "Additional CSS" textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.

Please don't forget to press Ctrl+F5 (twice) on the frontend before checking.

My comment links and URL text show up white when using the Light theme, and are therefore invisible on a white page background. How can I change the color of hyperlinks used in commend and embeds? I've tried suggestions in the the following forum post with no success: https://gvectors.com/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/changing-hyperlink-color/#post-5790
