If the WP Offload Media Lite plugin causes the issue, you should contact the plugin support and ask them to check the issue. Probably there is some setting, you should configure.

The issue may come from the WP Offload Media Lite plugin. Please deactivate the plugin delete all kind of caches (website, browser, CDN) and check again.
