Badge Plus Badges Not Showing Up On User Profiles

I can't seem to get my badges to show under user profiles when commenting. My badges have been created under Badge Plus. When I did a test badge under the standard myCred badge area the badge does show up but it's very large.

I'm a little confused on if I should be creating them under Badge Plus or the standard Badge. They don't seem to be connected.

I have checked under Hooks to ensure the setting to show badges is checked. I've also clicked the clear cache option in the admin bar.

I see other similar topics but haven't been able to solve on my own. Any help regarding the matter is appreciated.

control mycred badge size and position

Hi, we use mycred badge, however the badge positon is at the middle of the comment, here is the example: https://tripwinego.com/cn/hotel-review-conrad-tokyo/#comments

How can we control the size and position of the badge? it should be right next to other badge with simlar size.

Moving badges to top of comment's area

On desktop, I'm looking to move the badges to the top of the commenting area.

They're getting too stacked up under the profile, and it's creating a lot of whitespace under the comment section that's bad for UX.

I'm hoping to relocate the badges to the top of the user's comment where it shows their Username and the comment's Timestamp.

I don't want to assign badges to all users based on his points. Also dont want to show points. I want to assign badge to only users who are having Premium membership. Is there is any hooks available for customization inside wpDiscuz - myCRED Integration for developers.

Long story short - plugin broke, we (thanks to yuor support) fixed it, but now it reset or something and i can't find where to click to make badges from mycred appear in wpdiscuz comments. Can you help me out with this?

Hello, I am sorry for being all over the place, but there is an issue once again.

For some reason my wpDiscuz - myCRED Integration stopped working and plugin itself deactivated, and after I activated it, it started asking for a activation code which I though I had. The code I have in myCRED plugin in license tab isn't working and says i already used it. Don't have anything else since it was originally bough by a person who created my site.

Can we do something about it? Is there any info I can provide to receive the activation code? Proof of ownership to the site or anything? I could provide an email that was used to make a purchase if needed. I have also been asked to provide the Purchase ID which i don't think i have either since i wasn't the one who originally bought the plugin.

Or is there something i'm simply doing wrong?

I have contacted the support@gvectors.com as the plugin suggested but received no answer.
