Some plugin has JS error and it affects wpDiscuz JS functions. If there is even one JS error on website it stops all others. This also can be the active theme JS error. In any case please leave your website URL to allow us check it as well.

When a comment is made, it takes a bunch of time loading then it redirects to an empty page /wp-comments-post.php. I also get a lot of error in the inspector see image attached :
