This is a device configuration issue, you should enable photo camera for such actions in settings. This video shows an example for Whatsapp. There is no other changes in the addon core. This is not a bug to fix it.

it reduces to 3 dots after the browser size reaches certain size. you need to make the plugin mobile responsive. otherwise, mobile users won't be able to play or view the audio or video from comment.
