Please update the wpDiscuz - Media Uploader addon to the latest version (v. 7.1.1 ) and check again. Both issues are already solved.

BTW: why the tooltips of Comments with attachments, as well as Hottest comment thread and Most reacted comment, in the mobile phone's view is VERTICAL aligned?

These two cannot be changed, i.e. change, save and restore to originals:

Message if image sizes (w/h) bigger than allowed: Size restriction, try uploading an image with smaller width/height

Media tab title: Media

This one is missing, i.e. it is forgotten:

Comments with attachments
