All screenshot you see for wpDiscuz have been made on Twenty Fifteen theme. wpDiscuz works well on that theme. I have no clue what's going on with you WordPress. That's something extraordinary. We can check and fined the reason if you send admin login details to supportgvectors.com. Also make sure the default comment box exists and all plugins are deactivated when you test wpDiscuz. Jetpack activated, Jetpack comments disabled. When the plugin is activated, the comments section does not show up at all. It does show up with the standard theme Twenty Fifteen though. Comments are enabled for all articles and each article.
