Hi there

On our page http://ledforum.ch/2018/09/04/licht-redewendung/ comments are shown but it's not possible to sort, filter or enter comments. We tried on several browsers and versions. Weird is, that all functions are working properly on mobile devices. We use version 5.2.1.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi @mkraft,

For testing please deactivate all plugins and check again.

do you really mean all plugins? Marketing communication is running since 2 weeks, so any crash/downtime of this site is not an option. your test comment seemed to work.

mkraft,

This is a conflict with other plugins to find the conflict maker plugin you need to deactivate plugins. You can deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation.

Hi @mkraft,

No, if you deactivate wpDiscuz the comments won't be lost.  However, this is no wpDiscuz side issue.

If you'd like use wpDiscuz and need a help please install and activate the Duplicator — WordPress Migration Plugin, backup your WordPress site and send it to info[at]gvectors.com email address.

I re-installed the WP theme and tested in private mode - it's working again.

Hi @mkraft,

Thank you for letting us know. We've also tested and it is working now.

This is the best solution to eradicate the conflict by deactivating the plugins and scrutinize each plugin one by one after each deactivation.
