I have this same problem. It was working great for months, then it stopped working and no one could comment.

I tried clearing caches, didn't work. I reverted to v2/invisible, and it appears to work until you submit, then it always marks it as spam. However, it's worse, because it prevents it from going into the comment queue marked as spam—it just doesn't get submitted at all.

Please help. I'm losing users.

Hi @kevinharper,

Please deactivate antispam plugins and check again.

That worked. I'm just concerned now about a flood of Russian spam registrations IYKWIM.

Won't that increase the number of spam registrations, though?

Related question: I cloned the StantonBlog.com site over to a new site called Reunionize.net and purchased the bundled licenses. I entered the new license for the ReCAPTCHA plugin on this site, but it is still showing an invalid key.

Thank you @kevinharper,

1.  Make sure you don't rename the folder, it must be wpdiscuz-recaptcha

2. Make sure you have not double /wpdiscuz-recaptcha/wpdiscuz-recaptcha /directories nested inside each other ( /wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz-recaptcha /).

Checked both of those, it's good.

@kevinharper,

Everything is ok with your order Id. You'd bought the Single Site License of the wpDiscuz – Google reCAPTCHA addon. Then you bought the wpDiscuz Addons Bundle. Instead of using the activation key from the bundle you've entered the Single Site License key. So please find the activation key from wpDiscuz Addons Bundle and use it.

OK, it's not clear in my list of keys which one is which. But the main problem I'm having now is the box to enter the key went away and I can't find a way to delete the old key.

@kevinharper

the add-on is activated by our developer. We've used the bundle key and activate the add-on so you don't see the activation part anymore.
