We don't delete any comments except made by us. Probably they also go to spam as you've reported in the other topic?

Please check those comments on the Trash subtab in the Dashboard > Comments admin page.

Also, we don't follow you well. Does the main issue solve or not?

Debugging is off by default. I made some tests after your login and now the captcha is working ...

For further support, please reactivate the wpDiscuz - Google ReCaptcha add-on and provide us the screenshot of the Comment text length option. The option is located in the Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Comment form admin page.
