Avatar not showing up in Wpforo

Hello I cannot get the avatars to show up in WpForo. All I see is data files.

I have -

Purge Caches: Clear all WordPress caches (WP-Cache, CDN, and browser cache) after changing settings.
I also disabled my cache plugin and I still have the same problem

The avatars work fine in wpDizcus with no problems.

Does anyone have any ideas ?

New wpForo 3.0 bug with Emoticons Add-on

Since I upgraded to wpForo 3.0 (specifically 3.0.2) my users have noticed that the Emoticons add-on no longer works. When you try to activate the Emoticon "smiley" icon in the corner of the text window, nothing happens. I also have the GIPHY add-on as well. That works just fine when clicked/activated.

Badge Plus Badges Not Showing Up On User Profiles

I can't seem to get my badges to show under user profiles when commenting. My badges have been created under Badge Plus. When I did a test badge under the standard myCred badge area the badge does show up but it's very large.

I'm a little confused on if I should be creating them under Badge Plus or the standard Badge. They don't seem to be connected.

I have checked under Hooks to ensure the setting to show badges is checked. I've also clicked the clear cache option in the admin bar.

I see other similar topics but haven't been able to solve on my own. Any help regarding the matter is appreciated.

Remove "username' field from registration form

Hello, I'm using the custom user fields add on and I'm trying to create a registration form without the "Username" field. I want the wp username to be same as the user email address by default.

However, if the username field is removed from the form, I get a registration failure message. Registration only works if the username field is included.

Can this be disabled?

Hello, I'm using the User Custom Fields addon and created a registration form with various custom fields. These include multiple text area blocks where the user is required to enter information. If for some reason the submission was unsuccessful, the page reloads and all the data is lost.

This means the user will be required to reenter all the information again. Is there a way to save the data so that all is not lost? It can be very frustrating.

Please help. Thank you.

Bug: Duplicate images when Lightbox is disabled (v7.6.48)

Hi,

I found a bug in wpDiscuz 7.6.48 that causes uploaded images to display twice in comments when Lightbox is disabled.

The issue is on line 246 of utils/class.WpdiscuzHelperUpload.php:

$images .= $images .= $imageHtml;

The double concatenation operator causes the image HTML to be appended twice. It should be:

$images .= $imageHtml;

The lightbox-enabled path on line 242 is correct — it's just this else branch that has the typo.

Hello.

I am using Advanced attachment plugin and i have a problem as below. (this forum category and forums are for audiences and customers who do not need to login to see the contents)

- When users log into the forum the attached pictures are shown in the content (attachment 1)

- when users do not log in the attached pictures are shows as attachment (attachment 2)

I need to solve this problem for audiences to be able to see pictures in the contents who do not log in.

Can you advise me how to solve this problem?
