Is there a way to automatic set link in _target blank. This is when some one put link in a comment. I can’t find it

I'm sorry but there is no way yet. We'll add it in our to-do list for future releases.

Yes - please add this feature; as my client specifically asked me how to do this with links placed in comments by users.
It's important that links open in a new tab or window and don't force users to leave the site.
