So I have a page with tabs, every tab is about something else. But I also have a tab about leaving comments about a certain topic. So I want to add it into one tab section. I tried searching everywhere but I didn’t understand… Can anyone help me how I can achieve it?

I cant say, it depends on your theme template file structure. You should copy the comment loader code in template files and put in according tab code (in template files not in post editor).
wpDiscuz uses <?php comments_template() ?> WP function.
